Subscription & Billing

OKPaid is Pro at $12/month (or $8.33/month with yearly billing, $100/year). All subscriptions start with a 1-month free trial.

View Your Subscription

1. Click Subscription in the sidebar
2. You will see your current plan, usage, and billing details

The subscription page shows:

• Your current plan and its status (Active, Trial, or Cancelled)
• The trial end date, or the end of your current billing period
• Usage for the current period
• The plan compare cards for paying with KHQR

Current Usage

The subscription page shows how much of your plan you are using:

Metric	Description
Products	Total products in your catalog
Orders This Month	Orders created this billing period
Team Members	People in your organization. PIN staff are not counted.

Choose Your Plan

On the subscription page, scroll to Choose Your Plan. You can pick:

• Monthly: $12/month, cancel anytime
• Annual: $8.33/month, billed yearly at $100/year (saves 31%)

The card for your current billing period is marked as Current Plan. The other card shows a Pay with KHQR button.

After the Trial

When your free trial ends, you can continue with Pro by paying with KHQR (Bakong).

How to Pay with KHQR

1. Go to Subscription
2. Scroll to Choose Your Plan
3. Click Pay with KHQR on the plan you want (Monthly or Annual)
4. The payment dialog opens with a QR code
5. Scan the QR code with your Bakong-enabled banking app, or click Open Payment Page to pay on your phone
6. Your Pro plan activates automatically within seconds of payment confirmation

In the dialog you can switch between Monthly and Yearly billing before you pay. The amount and the QR code update to match. The QR code expires after a short time; if it expires, click Try Again to generate a new one.

Pay During Your Free Trial

You do not need to wait for the trial to end. You can pay anytime while your trial is active.

If you pay during your free trial:

• Your Pro plan stays on trial until the trial end date
• The paid period starts when the trial ends
• You keep all your remaining trial days

Example: your trial ends on June 30. You pay on June 10. Your paid period starts on June 30, not on June 10.

What Happens After Subscribing

• All Pro features activate (at trial end if you paid during the trial)
• You receive a confirmation email
• Your plan renews each month (or each year with yearly billing); the subscription page shows your current period

Manage Your Subscription

Pay with KHQR

1. Go to Subscription
2. Click Pay with KHQR on your plan
3. Scan the QR code with your Bakong-enabled banking app

If the QR code expires, create a new payment from the Subscription page.

View Invoices

1. Go to Subscription
2. Click Billing History
3. Download any invoice as PDF

Cancel Subscription

1. Go to Subscription
2. Click Cancel Subscription
3. Confirm cancellation

Note: When you cancel, you keep Pro until the end of your billing period.

Billing Period

• Billing is monthly or yearly; pick the period when paying with KHQR
• Your billing date is when your first paid period starts
• If you paid during the trial, the billing date is the trial end date
• You can see your next billing date on the subscription page

Expired Payments

If your KHQR payment is not completed before it expires:

1. The payment expires and your subscription is not changed
2. Go to Subscription and click Pay with KHQR to create a new payment
3. Complete the new payment to activate your plan

Common Questions

Can I try Pro for free? New organizations get a 1-month free trial.

I paid during my trial. When does billing start? Your paid period starts when the trial ends. You keep the rest of your trial days.

Can I get a refund? Message us on Telegram or email contact@okpaid.io within 7 days of a charge if you believe it was made in error.

Do prices include tax? Prices may have additional tax depending on your location.

Can I pay yearly? Yes. Annual billing is $8.33/month, billed yearly at $100/year. That saves 31%.
